Browser Settings - Javascript.
This site works properly when
browser is set to Enable Scripting/JavaScript.
Solution:
Review the the scripting settings for your browser. Some browsers, such as
IE 5.0, include scripting settings as part of Security Settings.
Setting security to medium or low may enable scripting. In Navigator
4.6, select menu option Edit / Preferences, then select the Advanced
category.

Old/Corrupt Local Cache and Temporary Files. Most
browsers store files for visited sites in the
user's local cache memory / temporary files. These old temporary files may be causing
the problem.
Solution:
Remove local cache / temporary files for your
browser. In Internet Explorer 5.0, select menu option TOOLS /
INTERNET OPTION, select the GENERAL tab. There you will find instruction
for deleting temporary files. In Navigator 4.6, select menu option Edit /
Preferences, then select the category Advanced - Cache. There you will
find buttons for removing local cache.
TIP: After
changing browser settings or removing local cache / temporary
files, close the browser program and restart it to ensure that
the new settings are in effect.
