The Toy Connection Gift Registry assists in gift selection for a child's Birthday.

How the program works.

1.1

Select the Create Registry option in the Gift Registry page to create a new registry. You create a Gift List for the registry by selecting items available in the The Toy Connection website.

When you create a registry, you will be assigned a Registration ID. You will also be asked to create a registrant password that you will use to maintain the registry. Optionally, you can also create a participant password that people will need in order to sign-in to your registry.

1.3

You give to people who you want to participate in the registry the following information:

Domain Name:		www.toycon.com
Registration ID:		xxx1111 (example)
Participant Password:		xxxxx (optional)

The people you select to participate in the registry MUST be people you know. Violation of this rule may result in termination of the registry.

Participants who order a gift from a registry will receive a 10% discount on the purchase of that item. (Star bundle items, and other specials are not entitle to the Gift Registry discount.)

1.4

The Birthday Child will receive a gift certificate which will be e-mailed after the birthday date. The certificate is not transferable. The certificate is valid for one month after the birthday date. The amount of the certificate will depend on the total amount purchased from the registry gift list:

How to create a registry and add items to a registry.

From the Home page of the website click on the Registry Link.

On the Gift Registry page, select menu option Create Registry.

After completing the registration form you are then ready to select items for the registry. You select items the same same way you order items - just click on the Add To Order button next to the item. Go to the Main page to view a list of catalog categories. You can view and remove items from your gift list by clicking on the View/Update Gift List link in the special Gift Registry Menu in the top frame of the website.

How to modify the gift list in a registry at a later date.

From the Home page of the website click on the Registry Link.

On the Gift Registry page, select menu option Modify Registry.

Enter the Registration ID and Registrant Password. Once you're signed in you can add new items or remove items from your gift list, just as you did when you created the registry.

How to Purchase an item using a Gift Registry.

From the Home page of the website click on the Registry Link.

On the Gift Registry page, select menu option Select Registry.

You will be required to know the Registration ID for the registry. Optionally, you might also need to know a Participant Password. After you have signed in, then you can view the gift list by clicking on the Gift List link in the special Gift Registry Menu in the top frame of the website. Click on the View link next to an item in the Gift List to view information about an item and to order the item. You order an item by clicking on the Add To Basket button next to the item.

4.4

When you're done selecting items, then click on the Shopping Cart link in the top frame. This will lead you through the checkout steps.

How to exit the Gift Registry Program.

5.1

To resume normal shopping after you have entered Gift Registry mode, from the Home page of the website click on the Registry Link.

5.2

On the Gift Registry page, select menu option Exit Registry.
